  2. Place your watch on the charging cradle. Align the contacts on your watch and cradle. Wait until the charging icon shows on the screen.
  3. When your watch is fully charged, 100% will appear on the display. Charging stops automatically. Battery is below 100% and still connected? Charging will restart.
  • Use the CFE Magnetic Connector with the charging cradle. Use an adapter with output voltage of 5 V and current of 1 A or higher.
  • Charging with a non-CFE adapter or a random power bank may cause longer charging times. It may also stop the watch from charging fully. Overheating or failure can also occur. Always use an official CFE charger or a trusted outlet.
  • Use a CFE magnetic connector power adapter or a certified adapter that meets global safety standards. Unsafe adapters can create risks.
  • Keep the cradle surface clean. Ensure your watch is aligned correctly. Confirm the charging status appears. Do not place metal objects on the contacts. Avoid sticking and removing metal items repeatedly. This can cause short circuits. Even other risks. Use a metal strap? Check strap links do not touch charging contacts.
  • Lift the cradle gently to attach the watch. Align the side with buttons to the charging port. After placing the watch, check if the charging icon shows. If it does not appear, adjust the cradle slightly until contact is secure.
  • Do not charge in unsafe environments. Keep flammable and explosive materials away.
  • Do not allow liquid on the USB port. Avoid foreign objects in the cradle port. Do not touch the charging contacts during charging.
  • The charging cradle has magnets. These magnets may attract nearby metal objects.
  • Always check for such objects before charging. Keep cradle away from heat. Also, from direct sunlight. Do not let it overheat.
  • While storing the cradle, keep it dry. Clean the USB port and remove dust. Do not let foreign objects enter the port. These can damage the charger and cause risks.
  • If your watch battery is too low, the device will shut down. After charging for a short while, it will turn on again.
